She brings a wide variety of military and personal experiences to her approach on lifestyle medicine and is an amazing advocate for helping patients be less reliant on the medical system and being able to take their health into their own hands.

Listen in as we talk about one of her favorite hobbies (dog sledding) and how she factors in nutrition, mental health, and physical activity into her approach to help her patients be more self sufficient.
